by Colin Henderson The title of my review is no exaggeration. This is definitely the best RPG on the iPhone thus far. This is because of a number of reasons. First off, the game looks incredible. Not only do you have a vast world to explore, but you can move around in full 3D. Looking around shows off all the little details Gameloft added in. Another plus is that this one does not have random battles. You literally see the enemies walking around the screen, and can choose to avoid them. This made the game a million times better for me. Gameplay wise, it's amazing. The battle system is unique and well thought out. Instead of worrying about all three of your party characters during battle, which is something I always hated, you simply assign them certain behaviors. Behaviors include basic ones like attacker and defender, and then there are several more specialized behaviors as well. Assigning the right behavior to the right character takes a lot of strategy to pull off the perfect battle. Once behaviors are assigned, which is something that must be done quickly in the heat of battle, your two other characters will attack and perform other actions automatically, and do a great job at it to say the least. Your attacks consist of navigating quick, user-friendly menus, and you are able to queue up multiple attacks rather than choosing a new attack every time. As for the story, it's up to par with Final Fantasy. The voice acting is decent. There are some moments where it's excellent, and others where I wanted to laugh. I will give Gameloft credit though, because they gave each line of dialogue a voice to go with it, and there's a lot of talking in this game.

This game has officially bumped Chaos Rings to #2. It's tons of fun, and well worth your money.

by MYK MA A great grqphic RPG that is not Square Enix. Gameloft has a great knack of some what emulating big name games on modern gen platforms. as most may know this was a clone of Final Fantasy 13 esque. The graphics is stunning and gameplay offers countless hours of play. Def a good buy. Rather pay this much then 12.99 for Chaos Rings by Square Enix. Te graphics is definetly stunning.

by F-App The game overall is awesome. One of the best RPG games out there.

There is one HUGE mistake though. For some it may be better, but for me, I think it's a huge huge huge mistake.

I want to be able to control all the characters, and not just assign behaviors for my other party members. It's better this way in a lot of ways. I think it's very limited if I don't get to use my other characters. That's what RPG games are mostly about. Fighting not limited to one character only.
