Tracking networks 3 G load on your Tablet PC with the DataMan for iPad

Would you like to better understand how much data you are using your iPad mobile? DataMan's new app designed specifically for the iPad 3 G can help. After returning to November, Nick falling DataMan's iPhone program. Version of the iPad offers a similar experience, including push notifications and use granular tracking, but redesigned for the Apple tablet.

DataMan for iPad with 3 G ($ 3.99) monitors all the use of cellular data (3 G/EDGE/GPRS) on your device, while breaking down by day, hour and location. You can set Up notifications to be triggered when you hit within certain limits, which you can custom define. So for example, you can configure the DataMan, in accordance with the plan of the prescribed data (mine allows me 5 GB, so as to set as the threshold, the total monthly) and then customize their own weekly and daily limits. You can even enter the date you receive Your income so app knows when to reset its totals.

I suspect I am already a long time with nowhere near the maximum allowed under my plan, i'm with a view to strengthening the down to the next layers available. Rogers (My carrier here in Canada) gives me the approximate data the use of information, but you must be logged on to the account, to verify it. The DataMan, I see exactly how and when to use data and be notified when I'm approaching the caps. In this way, you can set the capitalization in this month as I was already using lower-tiered plan data (250 MB Max per month) and receive push alerts when I close My daily, weekly and monthly limits. I'm particularly interested in the following geographical breakdown of My workload and would wish if I have "hotspots" where do I find it more likely that you need to connect.

Just as in the case of a version of the iPhone, you can turn off accurate geographic tracking or total geotagging if you want to preserve battery power. You can also compare their current use of historical data, the application stores by default. This is a great application for anyone who wants to learn more about how much benefit from their 3 G iPad capable for developers testing the use of data from their own applications, or for observers iOS or analysts wishing to track the use of for the purpose of reports or analyses.
