Mac OS X 10.6.1.7 released

Apple released its latest update for OS X, 10.6.1.7. Software update snow is relatively small for repairs and maintenance updates for a number of system components and solves the problems with the Mac App Store, which shipped with OS X 10.6.6 in January.

In addition to Boots Mac App Store errors, the update also improves the reliability of back to My Mac, a service that allows users to MobileMe on their computers remotely (including file and screen sharing) access from anywhere they have an active connection to the Internet, so long as the well connected to the Internet and activated their Macs.
